Just hit the 3 decade mark, wife to wonderful husband and father, and blessed by two angels from different parts of the world - Novosibirsk (Russia) and Tokmok (Kyrgyzstan)
Did the 5K on Saturday, just did a quick 2 miles before bed. Serious knee pain, not sure what the next move will be. Dr. Google says take at least 2 weeks off, but how do you do that when you are trying to increase mileage? Grrr.
